For the last 10 years and over 10,000 research hours, Lauren has been optimizing epigenetics at the start of life by integrating preventative primary health care and research. As a Nurse Practitioner and PhD student studying the most vulnerable of the population, she uncovered the fatal complications faced by preterm infants without breast milk. Determined to reduce barriers to breastfeeding, she developed and patented the only infant feeding system bio mimicking breast shape, feel, and flow with by the global leader in scientific innovation, The National Science Foundation.
Garnering support from health insurance companies and Fortune 500 industry leaders, she has successfully secured ~$1 million in grants and investments. As the CEO of The Natural Nipple, she is committed to optimizing the gut microbiome in early childhood, harnessing the power of AI for data-driven feeding insights, and advocating for breast milk as the foremost preventive and prevalent food source for infants.
In launching the ByNurture enterprise, her mission is to radically reinvent maternity, changing the care delivery system from within to empower caregivers, promote bonding, and optimize wellness worldwide.
Guibert Englebienne

As an advisor for The Natural Nipple's Leadership & Innovation Program, ByNurture, he brings the company culture recognized by Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators program and “Best Employer” in the Women in IT Awards USA -- with the goal of igniting entrepreneurship among the new generation.
Entrepreneurship is in Guibert’s DNA. He has been programming since he was 12 years old, creating everything from video games to home tech solutions. Prior to co-founding Globant, he had already started six different companies, bringing with him the experience of learnings and failures therein.
Globant was born through Guibert and his co-founders’ vision that technology development can be done anywhere in the world, a vision that has propelled them to incorporate diverse talent to create innovative solutions for the world’s top brands. On 18 July 2014, the team walked up to the New York Stock Exchange, dressed in Globant green for the company’s IPO. Guibert remarked, “When a team believes everything is possible, nothing is impossible.”
His role at Globant has grown with the company as it has entered new markets, realms of expertise and business models. Formerly CTO, he became President of Globant X and Globant Ventures to help drive success with these initiatives, including Augmented Coding and Future of Organizations, among others. Guibert also is President for Latam, a role to provide strategic advice and propel Globant ́s regional leadership. He was included in the Globalization Today’s “Powerful 25” list, positioning him as one of the industry’s most influential leaders and is frequently invited to talk about innovation at events including Tedx, Communicating the Museum, La Red Innova and Innotribe.
Dr. Michaela De Pury

Dr. Michaela de Pury is passionate about empowering women in leadership and inspiring the translation of science through art to bring innovation to industry with ByNurture Labs.
After having obtained her PHD from the University of Hamburg and having written her Doctoral thesis on Medieval and Renaissance Art, she was trained at Christie’s in their London department of Old Master Paintings, at Sotheby’s in their New York department of Modern and Impressionist Art and at Taijan in Paris. Her online auction platform specializes in building collections, consulting established collectors and institutions together
Michaela was until 2012 Senior Director at Phillips de Pury & Company and before that Senior Partner. She joined the firm in 2001. She has been instrumental in securing major consignments and private transactions surrounding key works in all sales categories of Contemporary Art, Design and Photography. Her consignments include the Hoener Collection of German Expressionist Art in 2001, the FER Collection in 2004, the Princess Gloria Thurn and Taxis Collection in 2006 and the largest-ever single-owner collection of contemporary Russian art in February 2007. Prior to joining Phillips de Pury, she was the CEO of Neumeister Auctions in New York; the leading Munich auction company that was founded by her father Rudolf Neumeister.
James Kelley, MD, MBA
Chief Medical Officer, Roots Food Group, Entrepreneur, Medical Innovation Advisor, Nutrition, Longevity & Wellness Speaker
Dr. Kelley has spent his career helping bridge the gap between preventive medicine and the business of healthcare. His background is in the development of early stage medical and biotechnology, with a focus on medical nutrition for the past decade, in addition to working with/educating physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals, and advising early startups.
Prior to his most-recent role as Chief Medical Officer of Roots Food Group, he served as COO/CMO for L-Nutra, a worldwide longevity & wellness nutrition & fasting company, and as the head of Inventor Services at The Innovation Institute, a partnership with Cleveland Clinic Innovations focused on developing and commercializing healthcare solutions.
He completed his MD at The Ohio State University with an externship in Sports Medicine, and he was the inaugural Fellow at the Ohio Health Research and Innovation Institute. He completed his MBA at USC Marshall focused in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, completed his Neuroscience Masters coursework at Miami University, and worked with the USC Alfred Mann Institute for Biomedical Engineering, the Lloyd Grief Center, and the Stevens Institute.
